Roaming Ghouls spawn above ground anywhere in the wilderness at night so they are not very hard to find! just head North,East,South or West from spawn and wonder about 30-40 blocks and you will find them! These guys are part of the daily quest "Ghoul Infestation" where you have to kill 100 of them.
These Ghouls have 30hp and deal 12 dmg to a player without armour, Upon death they give 3xp and 4 money.
